Building a secure, scalable product foundation

At FerroAmp, we helped strengthen both the technical foundation and the way product development was led.

A key part of the work was establishing a secure and scalable approach to device identity and lifecycle management, covering how products are identified, authenticated, and managed from manufacturing through installation and operation. The result was a robust foundation for securely managing connected devices at scale.

Alongside the technical delivery, we provided interim development leadership with responsibility for target architecture, organization, DevOps, and security practices. The engagement helped establish a more scalable foundation for FerroAmp's next-generation EnergyHub and fleet management solutions, while also supporting the launch of a new customer-facing service.
